We normally find its hard to communicate with our carpenter and foreman or even the laborer especially when their roots is from the provinces and when their experiences in construction is a decade gap from us. I listed here some common construction terms in Filipino ( and Spanish) that I usually heard from them.  Feel free to comment if you have something in mind, I will add it on the list.
